By accessing and using Natal AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Natal AI provides an AI-powered chat assistant accessible at https://www.natal-ai.com. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text-based responses. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be relied upon for professional advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Each user may maintain only one account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. This includes but is not limited to: violating any applicable laws, transmitting harmful or offensive content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering the AI model, or using automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written authorization.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We are not responsible for AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs before any use.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
To submit a complaint, contact us through your account settings or via the contact form on our website. Include your account email, a description of the issue, and the date it occurred. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms and changing the "Last Updated" date. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may cancel your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. For business users, disputes shall be resolved by the courts at the Provider's registered address. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
